As a lifelong dance enthusiast, I have always had an interest in human movement. After experiencing my fair share of dance-related injuries, my interest became personal - not only did I want to treat my injuries, I wanted to learn how to prevent them! My quest to understand the human body on a deeper level took me to Simon Fraser University (Burnaby, BC), where I studied Kinesiology and Psychology. I then pursued medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Toronto, ON) and Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (New Westminster, BC).

I currently have a full scope practice in Vancouver, BC. My areas of clinical interest include:

  • Sports medicine, including injury prehab/rehab

  • Clinical nutritional counselling

  • Cardiovascular disease treatment and prevention

  • Digestive conditions, including food sensitivity testing and treatment

  • Endocrine and hormonal dysfunction
