Find your why, I’ll help you how

dr. Singh, ND

As a lifelong dance enthusiast, I have always had an interest in human movement. After experiencing my fair share of dance-related injuries, my interest became personal - not only did I want to treat my injuries, I wanted to learn how to prevent them! My quest to understand the human body on a deeper level took me to Simon Fraser University (Burnaby, BC), where I studied Kinesiology and Psychology. I then pursued medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Toronto, ON) and Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (New Westminster, BC).

I currently have a full scope practice in Vancouver, BC. My areas of clinical interest include:

  • Sports medicine, including injury prehab/rehab

  • Clinical nutritional counselling

  • Cardiovascular disease treatment and prevention

  • Digestive conditions, including food sensitivity testing and treatment

  • Endocrine and hormonal dysfunction

Additional training and certifications

  • Certified in acupuncture

  • Naturopathic Cardiac Life Saving (NCLS) and BLS/CPR - OHM medical

  • Health and Fitness Studies (Certificate) - Simon Fraser University

  • Personal Training - BCRPA

  • College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia

  • Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors

  • British Columbia Naturopathic Association

mission and vision

As a physician, my mission is simple: To facilitate healing for my patients so they can move freely without pain.

message from the doctor

Before taking the first step towards your health and fitness goals, take a moment to think about your ‘why’. When things become challenging and you find yourself facing plateaus, your ‘why’ will keep you going.

Focus on your ‘why’ and leave the ‘how’ to me.
